Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of haibit.ai, including the free systems check and the live demo (together, the “site”), operated by Haibit AI (“Haibit,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The site is information, not a contract for services

Nothing on the site is an offer we are bound to accept. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement that both of us sign. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Prices

We publish our prices so you know where you stand before we talk. Prices on the site can change at any time. Offers and guarantees described on the site, such as the Game Plan guarantee and founding-client pricing, apply only as written in your signed agreement. The price that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement or accepted proposal. Software and services from other companies that your systems use are billed to you by those companies, at their prices.

The free systems check and the demo

The systems check gives a general, automated view based only on your answers. It is not a professional assessment of your business, and its score, leaks and recommendation are estimates. The live demo shows how an AI receptionist can behave; it is a demonstration, not a working service, and its example businesses, prices and job values are illustrative. Don’t rely on either one alone to make business, legal, financial or safety decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use automated tools against it beyond normal search-engine indexing;
• send us content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you don’t have the right to share.

Our content

The site’s text, design, graphics, code and the Haibit name and logo belong to Haibit or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission. Other companies’ names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe their products.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you send us through the site. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and to evaluate and provide our services. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as sweatt.ai. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the site will always be available, error-free or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Haibit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of any signed services agreement.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms and a claim is brought against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date posted at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
